We are excited to announce the 2016 athenahealth hackathon in Boston as part of our More Disruption Please (MDP) partnership and innovation program! Health care presents a huge opportunity for those interested in creating change through technology, and we need insight from experts in all different industries. The goal of this event is to bring together smart, forward-thinkers to produce solutions that will disrupt the status quo. If you are an engineer, entrepreneur, physician, designer, scientist, patient, or just interested in using your skills to drive a change in health care, then we want you!

Eligibility
Participants: Individuals (18 years of age and older) that are able to attend both days of this hackathon at athenahealth's Watertown, MA HQ.

Grand Prize - $3,000
Prize is awarded to the best overall solution
Best use of athenahealth API - $1,500
Prize is awarded to the team that best uses the athenahealth API in their solution.
Best Connected Health Solution - $1,500
